I like the rainbow stripes on the left side of the girl above's hair.

I'm guessing they are hair extensions, and Manic Panic sells iindevidual 18" human hair clip in hair extension, that are like 1 inched wide, so because they are human hair I can dye them,

how do you think I could dye hair so perfect like that with out it bleeding or smearing?

Other than the blonde and black hair she has... the rest are extensions. Look for a hair dresser that knows scene hair trends. You could probably find somebody out there who could dye it like that. Unfortunatly I really wouldn't know anybody but my hairstylist.

what you do is apply one maybe two colors then wash out and dry repeat you will have a little bleeding but thats ok you can use manic panic but other hair color could fry the hair even tho its human hair

if you REALLY wnated to do you hair that way you could bleach it and on the bleached parts put the colors you want in streaks (probibly manic panic).... but you would have to do one color at a time and after the first color is done clip it so it wouldnt get into your other hair and go to your next color..... hoever, this would be very risky and time consuming.... id say get the clip in hair pieces...... my friend has some that are bright red.... like 4 of them.... she just clips them in randomly. If you want a lot of colors, maybe get some human hair extensions in a platinum blond and get the colors of dye you want and do every one individually.... and clip them in... thats how i would do it ;)
