I think because blondes supposedly care more about looks then smarts, so people joke about them being dumb. This isn't fair though, people shouldn't be extinguished by their hair color.

its only a sterotype

the theory is blonds are dumb and thus probably easy to persuade. kindof a sad sterotype, Unfortunatly the American love of money and material possesion leaves many women easily influenced, lending much creedence to this claim. the vast majority of (american) men i've befriended are clearly ego driven morons. These guys would be hardpressed to name the last 3 presidents / vice-presidents of their own country, Yet they are also the group most associated with PATROITISM! Ironic isn't it!
